Australian Dollars, Canadian Dollars and Japanese Yen.

During the summer months, although we endeavour to maintain stocks of the three main travellers Cheque currencies, we can have sudden rushes that we cannot prepare for.

Therefore, it will be well worth a phone call to the number above, to reserve your travellers Cheques in the branch of your choice - at no extra charge!

You can also phone to reserve travellers Cheques for collection from our Ferryport branch (please allow 48 hours).

 

Please note that, although we do not charge commission on American Express travellers Cheques, there is a 1% fee payable when you buy Sterling travellers Cheques, which is to cover the insurance of your cheques.

We do NOT charge ANY fees or commission if and when you decide to return unused cheques. (Also, you can pay Sterling travellers Cheques into your bank account, free of charge, in the usual way you pay in funds.
Your American Express travellers Cheques are fully covered against loss or theft and can generally be replaced within 24 hours, wherever you are in the world at the time - details of American Express emergency numbers are contained within the wallet in which you collect your cheques.
