| 1. Don't leave things until the eleventh hour ... |
Whilst all our branches normally carry plenty of Euros and American dollars, it's impossible to maintain large stocks of most of the other world currencies - and sudden unexpected "runs" can even deplete our Euro and dollar stocks.
So, don't wait until the last minute - phone us and reserve your order, in the branch of your choice - usually, 48 hours is plenty of notice, but if you can give us longer than that, it's easier for all concerned.

| 2. If our phone lines seem busy ... |

There will be times when our phone lines are busy and the volume of calls is more than our staff can handle immediately.
If the phone continues to ring, please be patient and you will hear an answerphone message, asking you to leave your name and phone number.
Please respond to this, as our staff WILL get back to you within a few minutes - your call really IS important to us!
(Please note: the busiest period is usually before 10am)

| 3. Take advantage of our "WIN-WIN" deals ... |
If you choose to pay for your order in advance, it secures you the exchange rate on the day you pay.
If the rate drops by the time you collect your order, you receive that secured rate - if the rate goes up, meantime, you get the rate on the day.
In other words, you get whichever is the better rate - and you WIN-WIN, whatever happens!

Please note - there are times when certain currencies become very volatile, at which times we reserve the right to suspend the WIN-WIN offers, but our customer support staff will be able to warn you of this in advance. |

Our Win-Win deal allows you to guarantee receiving today's rate up to one calendar month in advance on orders up to £500 and up to one week on orders between £500 and £1,000. If you are ordering by phone, rather than in person, the need to post the necessary documentation means that we can only offer the one month/£500 option..
When paying in advance, you must specify the exact date on which you wish to collect and the branch from which you will be collecting it.

| 4. Keeping up to date with the latest exchange rates |
 |

There is no need to keep making phone calls to keep up with the latest exchange rates - simply visit us on this website and all the main currencies (and a few more besides) are listed here, on just about every page. This will save you the cost of all those phone calls, which can mount up, over even a short period of time.

The rates lists update every weekday, between 8am and 9am (the weekend rates stay the same as the latest friday update).
Occasionally (and it's pretty rare) if the international currency is a bit volatile in some areas, we will update more than once a day.
